Friday = Maitrī Magic! This Friday, we’re thrilled to welcome Gastón Torelli and Gri Montanaro for a special evening of tango! They will be teaching a workshop followed by a stunning performance during the milonga. Gaston and Gri are an internationally renowned tango duo celebrated for their expressive movement, deep connection, and playful musicality. Don’t miss the chance to learn from and be inspired by their artistry!
When 9pm chimes, DJ Ed Marston will keep you dancing ’til late!

Saturday Intensive Crash Course – Vals
Join us this Saturday 1-4pm at Claremont Project, for our Vals Intensive: Musicality and Cadenas.
You’ll learn how to move with the classic sway and rhythm of vals, mastering its smooth circularity and playful speed. We’ll guide you through key vals techniques, including cadenas and other specialist movements, so you can dance with confidence and musical expression. You don’t need a partner to join — we’ll rotate throughout. You can also come with someone and stay together.

New Courses: Voleos and Ganchos on Wednesdays
We are starting new courses this Wednesday, 9th July, running for 7 weeks – Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate.
The Beginners course is perfect for those who want to try Tango for the first time or for those who want to revisit the basics and brush up their technique.
The Improvers and Intermediate Course
In these classes, we’ll dive into the exciting world of voleos and ganchos, helping you master these dynamic and fun moves. We’ll cover everything from the concept of the free leg to various techniques and options for both voleos and ganchos. This course is designed to add flair and exciting dynamics to your dance!

* Ganchos options
Both our Improvers and Intermediate Courses will focus on this same theme, but in different ways. In the Intermediate Courses, we mix concepts together and dive deeper. Read below to decide which level is best for you, and please refer to our level guide here too.

Milonga Amistosa & Milonga Simpatica

Our weekend TDJs are part of our beloved Amistoso family! The rondas will be in full flow with the selections of our dear Sean Teo on Saturday and Simon Donnelly on Sunday.
On Sunday, Our Beginners & Improvers Night out is coming! If you’ve just started your tango journey or are still building your confidence on the dancefloor, Milonga Simpatica is the perfect next step.
We’ve created a space especially for our Beginners and Improvers to experience a real milonga in a relaxed and supportive environment. Throughout the week, we’ll be encouraging all our new students to join us this Sunday, and we’ll be there to guide you through what the tango codes are, floorcraft, and everything else you need to know to get started.
Your tango adventure is just beginning – and we’re so excited to share it with you.
🌟 Sunday Guided Practica: During 8-9pm there is a focused 1hr session with a teacher guiding the session, and after 9pm the room is available for further practice with a teacher being around for questions.
