Online Courses
Tango is really about the embrace and the music. To get a soft embrace, we have to work on technique and to explore that technique further, we can make use of sequences and adornments. When we then learn to apply Musicality to those sequences and adornments, the picture is complete. All the sequences and adornments that form part of this course are time tested material that we personally use when dancing socially in Milongas, Festivals and Marathons. They will all be explained clearly with video aides and you will get to keep the videos with you forever so you can apply them when you get to dance socially for the years to come.
Workshop 1: Sequences and Adornments Part 1
Sequences will include ones that can help you begin a song well and others that will use walking and pivots.
Adornments:
- The beginning of the dance
- Taps/Picas in walking
- Crosses in walking
- Simple Parada Adornments: Leg raise & kicks
- Simple Ocho Adornments: Taps, Changes of Weight, Cross

Workshop 2: Sequences and Adornments Part 2
Sequences will include Ocho Cortada Variations, Milonguero Sequences and some additional sequences..
Adornments:
- Changes of weight in walking
- Ocho Adornments: Circles, Enrosque, Rulo,
- Ocho Cortado Adornments: Changes of weight, Taps, Cross, Voleo

Sequences will include classic salon sequences, Ochitos Sequences and more.

- Ocho Adornments: Aerial Rulo, using the heel
- Ochitos: kicks
- Ocho Cortado: pivot on the exit
- Planeo: non interrupting adornments
- Calesita: non interrupting adornments
