Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any Subscription. By accessing and using our subscriptions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms described here and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you should not purchase any subscription services.
These terms and conditions apply to your access and use of the Subscription services, which are operated by Tango Amistoso Ltd. Tango Amistoso reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate any terms and conditions or any policy or guideline pertaining to our Subscription services at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on this page or by email and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in our Subscription services will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Subscriptions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cancel your Subscription.
Subscription Overview
The Subscription services are Tango Amistoso’s way of rewarding our loyal students and community members with lower prices and other discounts or perks and encouraging all Argentinian Tango aficionados to dance, learn and enjoy Tango as much as possible when participating in Classes and/or Events run by Tango Amistoso. Our Subscription options offer entry to Classes and/or Events ran by Tango Fever and Negracha Tango Club as well. Our Subscription options offer different services for different levels. You should read carefully the type of subscription you wish to purchase, to fit your Tango and socialising needs best.
To have access for everything the Subscription has to offer and receive ongoing discounts or offers, you must purchase the Subscription via our website https://www.tango-amistoso.co.uk/ through your own personal account. The subscription can only be purchased via this digital channel and cannot be purchased via cash through our Tango Amistoso staff members.
Subscription Offer
You can choose how often you want your subscription to renew: monthly, quarterly or yearly. After choosing one of these options, you should expect to be charged at this chosen interval. The payments are automatically taken from the nominated credit or debit card added to the user’s account on the same date the following month, quarter or year after joining and each chosen interval thereafter.
Example:
A monthly subscription purchased on 15th January 2023 will renew automatically on 15th February 2023, then on 15th March 2023 and so on.
A quarterly subscription purchased on 15th January 2023 will renew automatically on 15th April 2023, then on 15th July 2023 and so on.
A yearly subscription purchased on 15th January 2023 will renew automatically on 15th January 2024, then on 15th January 2025 and so on.
The Subscriptions cannot be paused or refunded, only the renewal can be cancelled. This means the next payment will be cancelled. Once cancelled, the subscription will be active until its last day, meaning you can use the advantages the subscription offers until the last day. To cancel a payment of the subscription, you must be logged into your account: https://cart.smart-bookings.com/?. Go to ‘My Subscriptions’ and access the managing page by clicking ‘View’. From this page you can cancel your next payment.
The Subscription entitles the subscriber to access Classes and/or Events based on the type of subscription purchased.
Events Subscriptions allow you entry to the Practicas and Milongas. You can choose between Amistoso Only Events: this includes regular weekly events run directly by Tango Amistoso – Milonga Central on Wednesdays, Milonga Amistosa on Saturdays and Milonga Simpatica on Sundays or London Events: this includes regular events run by both Tango Amistoso and its partners in London – I love Mondays at Euston, Milonga Central on Wednesdays, Milonga Andaz on Thursdays, NEGRACHA Milonga on Fridays, Tango Garden on Saturday afternoons, Milonga Amistosa on Saturdays in Farringdon and Milonga Simpatica on Sundays in Angel. Please note that there is also a small £5 supplementary charge for events in expensive venues like Milonga Andaz.
Classes Subscriptions allow you entry to all classes, up to your level* and all Practicas and Milongas. All regular Tango classes including the ones with local and resident teachers and Yoga classes organised by Tango Amistoso, Tango Fever and Negracha Tango Club are fully included with the subscription. All London Events run by both Tango Amistoso and its partners in London – I love Mondays at Euston, Milonga Central on Wednesdays, Milonga Andaz on Thursdays, NEGRACHA Milonga on Fridays, Tango Garden on Saturday afternoons, Milonga Amistosa on Saturdays in Farringdon and Milonga Simpatica on Sundays in Angel. Please note that there is also a small £5 supplementary charge for events in expensive venues like Milonga Andaz.
Please go through the Level Guide in order to choose the appropriate level for you to attend. For example, it will not be possible for you to attend the Advanced level classes if you are a beginner or a recent Improver. The Upper Levels are the Intermediate and Advanced levels. To be able to attend these classes you must have completed the self-assessment form and have done the assessment with the teachers. Having a subscription does not exempt students from the Level Guide. Please discuss with the teachers if you have any questions. For Special Classes/Workshops or Special Events in more expensive venues or with Special guest teachers or perfomers you only have to pay a very small fee between £5 and £10 to secure your place. We will always announce in advance such Classes and Events. Biweekly Milonga Andaz has the £5 supplementary charge. For Special Classes/Workshops you have to book online to secure your place before they get sold out. Please always check the website for the details of events/classes if any surcharges are applicable.
The Subscription must be purchased in pound currency with a credit or debit card attached to the account. Meaning that any other form of currency, including Tango Amistoso credits, cannot be used to purchase any type of Subscription.
Validity of Subscriptions
If all terms and conditions are met, and the payments have been successful in due time, the Subscription’s benefits can be used as per the Active period mentioned in your account. Tango Amistoso reserves the right to terminate your Subscription and its benefits, and your participation in Classes and/or Events if Tango Amistoso believes you have violated the terms and conditions.
Tango Amistoso reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, cancel or amend the Subscription at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you in situations when Tango Amistoso in its sole discretion determines that you have caused harm to the Tango Amistoso Community or individual members within the community.
