About the classes

The Yoga classes will build a balance of strength and flexibility in your body but most importantly cultivate the process of creating the mind body connection and general body awareness.

Level of the classes

The classes are taught at an open level with options to take it easy or to push yourself further. If you are an absolute beginner, you will learn the basics and if you have previous Yoga experience, options will be provided to push yourself further.

Our current teacher is Monique Ledesma.

Yoga4Tango

The regular Yoga classes are standard Yoga classes where the focus is on building a strong and sustainable Yoga practice. Winston will run special Yoga4Tango sessions every once in a while where the focus will be on explaining how Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, how Yoga helps with Tango and life in general. Please talk to Winston after the class to find out more.
