Your Friday welcome
Tell us you are visiting London when you arrive at Maitrī. Our Community Host will welcome you and help introduce you to members of the local community. The idea is simple: by the time the weekend gets going, you should already recognise some faces.
And after the dancing?
Often the social side carries on informally — a drink after the milonga, food, brunch or lunch the next day, or groups making plans around London. These are spontaneous plans between dancers rather than official Tango Amistoso activities, so they are never guaranteed, but visitors who get to know the community often find themselves naturally included.
